Steve Carroll was born in St. Mary’s County, attended St. Mary’s Ryken and College of Southern Maryland. He comes to the settlement table with over 7 years of real estate experience representing buyers and sellers. According to National Association of Realtors(NAR), Steve is named as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource. His promise is to always treat his clients the way he would like to be treated ~ negotiate the best deal, provide open communication and exceed customer expectations.

Dawn Carroll attended St. Mary’s Ryken, graduated at Salisbury State University with a Business Management degree concentration in Marketing and received her Master’s degree in Business and Information Technology. She has over ten years of marketing experience in the Real Estate and Banking industry. Her perspective is to make each client feel like they are the first priority while moving in or moving out of their home!
